Thanks for visiting my blog and telling me your opinion about hugs. Frankly, I was a bit shocked hearing that signing an email or a comment with “hugs” might be offensive for some people. The discussion about that showed that even some Americans are appalled when they get emails signed with “hugs” or if someone calls them “hon” — e.g. the waitress in a restaurant. Well, it was interesting to hear those opinions, but as I had written in my blog post, I have decided to sign with hugs whenever I feel like doing so.

I guess there are always a myriad of ways you could potentially offend someone! However, like you, I’ll continue to spread hugs. I guess if I’m going to offend someone, this is one of the better ways to do it!

That is so smart! You can see the sides and the bottoms beautifully – I think this is simply a practical idea – and you get the chocolate as a side benefit.
Oh, yes! I love these chocolates. And since the box makes a great alternative to expensive storage containers, the chocolates are basically free.
